What we expect of you:
We expect each affiliate to be active in promoting the 5280Holistics brand. If you have never tried our products, DM us for a 15% off affiliate discount. Affiliate is free to share their personal link/QR code at their discretion (Websites, social media, streaming services etc.). Affiliate is allowed to use the 5280Holistics LLC logo for marketing. Contact us for high quality logo files. Affiliate can be creative in their marketing but must keep it professional. Any content that is considered racist, violent or contains extreme vulgar language or images will be asked for it to be taken down and affiliate could be terminated.

Affiliates have the peace of mind knowing that their referrals will be happy with their purchase, if not, we will make it right. We will provide fast and affordable shipping ($2.99 standard shipping). We strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers and our affiliates. We will strive to make the cash out process as easy as possible.

-Fill out Affiliate Program registration form.
-Wait for approval email.
-Once approved, sign into dashboard and get your referral link.
-Share this link everywhere! (Social media, website, streaming channels etc.)
-Any time someone clicks on your affiliate link, it will take them to 5280Holistics.com. If the referred purchases anything from the website within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link, the affiliate (you) will earn a monetary commission based on your affiliate status.
-Get paid!

Commissions:
Commissions will be a tiered system based on completed sales per month:

Silver – 1 to 24 sales per month will receive 10% commission of referred sale.
Gold – 25 to 49 sales per month will receive 15% commission of referred sale.
Platinum – 50 to 99 sales per month will receive 20% commission of referred sale.
Diamond – 100+ sales per month will receive 25% commission of referred sale.

Commissions will be paid out monthly by the 5th of each month. We will be using Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Cryptocurrencies as ways of payments. Affiliate is responsible of having one of these accounts to get paid. Commission is based on total before tax/shipping and after any discounts. Deadline for referrals will be on the last day of each month at 11:59pm. Referred buyer must complete the purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate referral link.


We ask that affiliate provide a 30-day notice when wanting to terminate Affiliate Program. If affiliate breaches any terms or conditions and is cause for termination, 5280Holistics LLC will disable affiliate account and pay out any funds in their account. Once the account is disabled, new sales commissions will not be paid out. 5280Holistics reserves the right to terminate this Affiliate Program at any time for any reason.


5280Holistics is not responsible for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property losses, internet slander or damage caused by, or in connection with the affiliate(you).
